b. Gemini’s Laundry Dasher is responsible for the prompt and reliable pick-up and delivery of your laundry to and from the designated laundry facility.

c. The actual washing, drying, and folding of your laundry are performed by the laundry facility. Gemini’s Laundry Dasher does not assume responsibility for the quality, care, or any damages incurred during the laundry process.

Liability:

a. Gemini’s Laundry Dasher takes utmost care in handling and transporting your laundry. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit.

b. We strongly recommend that you remove any valuable or delicate items from your laundry before handing it over to our representatives.

c. In the event of loss or damage caused by Gemini’s Laundry Dasher during the pick-up or delivery process, our liability is limited to the reasonable replacement or repair cost of the affected items, up to a maximum value determined by industry standards.

Pricing and Payments:

a. The pricing for our pick-up and delivery services is separate from the charges levied by the laundry facility for washing and folding your laundry.

b. You will be charged by Gemini’s Laundry Dasher for the pick-up and delivery services based on the weight of your laundry or any other agreed-upon pricing structure.

c. Payments for our services should be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in the invoice or as mutually agreed upon between Gemini’s Laundry Dasher and the customer.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

a. To cancel or reschedule a pick-up or delivery appointment, please provide Gemini’s Laundry Dasher with a minimum notice period as specified in our communication or service agreement.

b. Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellations or rescheduling may result in applicable charges or fees.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

a. Gemini’s Laundry Dasher respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

b. We will only use your personal information for the purposes of providing our pick-up and delivery services and will not share it with third parties unless required by law.

Termination:

a. Either party may terminate the pick-up and delivery services agreement by providing written notice within a reasonable timeframe.

b. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments or obligations should be settled as per the agreed terms.
